Keeping abreast of emerging trends in the market, Thomas has been actively involved in assembling over 1,250 acres of strategically located land for future industrial developments in the city and surrounding communities including Leduc, Nisku, Strathcona and Parkland Counties.

Thomas consistently brings valuable experience to all areas of the industrial arena including corporate relocations, rationalizations of real estate buildings, strategic asset acquisitions and sales, and land assembly (including servicing, zoning, and site selection). In addition, Thomas has extensive experience in new development and construction including build-to-suit, design requirements. Thomas has had the privilege of working with Canada's largest landlords and many national and international companies. Thomas was proud to serve for two years as an appointed member on the Executive Committee of Avison Young [Alberta] actively assisting in the strategic planning and stewardship of the Partnership.
