Mr. Hurst has negotiated over 350 real estate transactions including vacant land and buildings and new construction (Design build) ranging from 5,000 square feet to 505,000 square feet since commencing his career with Royal LePage in 1969.
During his early years, Mr. Hurst was engaged in real estate appraising and consulting assignments, having attained the highest recognized professional appraisal designation in Canada, the A.A.C.I.
