Marvin has been declared a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (FRI) and is a Director of the Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a Chartered Real Estate Agent with the Quebec Association of Real Estate Brokers and Agents, a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (ACAIQ), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the United States and the Industrial, Commercial and Inverstment Council of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
