Professional Information
Gary Schramm graduated from Ryerson in 1973 with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Major. Gary is now Vice President of Toronto's Office Leasing Division at Royal LePage Commercial Inc. In 1974, Gary joined A.E. LePage, Office Leasing Division, which in 1984 became Royal LePage. In every year since 1975, Gary has received internal company awards in the President's Round Table and has received the company's highest award, known as the Award of Excellence, in every year since it was established in 1981. He is consistently among the top ten commercial salespeople employed by Royal LePage in North America. Gary was a Director of the Credit Valley Hospital Foundation Board in Mississauga.
In addition, Gary has recently completed the sale of a major Toronto hotel, arranged for custom-built facilities and completed various real estate consulting assignments.
Transaction History
Mr. Schramm and his partner Barry England have been involved in major lease transactions totaling over 12 million square feet of office space.
