D'Arcy has been with the Office Leasing Division of Royal LePage Commercial Inc. for 28 years. Joining in 1974, D'Arcy spent five years in sales before joining the Management Team of the Downtown Office Leasing Division from 1979 to 1989. D'Arcy has been involved in all aspects of office user related real estate in the Toronto area offering experienced leadership in the Tenant Representation process with major corporations, as well as the coordination of multiple location assignments on a national basis, e.g. Compaq, Tandem, Ault Foods, Metropolitan Life, Sun Life, Universal Studios/Polygram, CH2M Gore & Storrie, Platform Computing Corporation and Novell to mention only a few.

Working closely with major corporations, D'Arcy provides experience in addition to the traditional brokerage services of market search and deal negotiations. His Toronto team has strength in financial analysis and project management, so that they are equipped to coordinate all aspects of initial design, space planning, construction quotes and tenders, move management and tenant coordination.

D'Arcy's team objectives are to provide complete, comprehensive services to office users from the initial assessment of the requirement, throughout a strategically implemented program, to final move-in by the user. The Team stays intimately involved at each step to ensure continuity of process, professional standards being maintained and successful completion of the assignment.

D'Arcy's role is to coordinate all phases and details of the entire process in astreamlined fashion, with effective and efficient communication.

The Primary objective to strive for "market-leading" deal negotiations for major tenant/users augmented by value for service with this team expertise.

Major office building marketing is an additional focus with over 20 million sq.ft. of office projects represented by D'Arcy in the GTA. Recently, D'Arcy has led listing teams for Kolter's 1 million sq.ft. SouthCreek Corporate Centre and the Don Valley Corporate Centre at Eglinton and DVP; combined, over 900,000 sq.ft. were leased on behalf of these landlords under D'Arcy's leadership over a two year period. The Health Science industry is a growing sector requiring strict government compliance and standards. His educational background is a Bachelor of Physical Education degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Business Administration degree from York University with a Major in Marketing. D'Arcy has earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtor designation which provides a network of commercial professionals worldwide.
