Matthew Maiorana commenced employment with Dineed Construction Corporation in 1994. Prior to joining Dineen, Matthew was Vice-President and General Manager with Inducon Design/Build Limited for the past four years, Project Director for seven years and Project Manager since 1968.
Member of the SIOR Board of Directors for the past two years -- connected to all the major real estate investment, industrial companies and land developers.

As project Director at Inducon, Matthew Maiorana was involved in the sales of more than $40,000,000 of various types of Industrial, Commercial and Office Buildings for clients such as Artia Importing, Socan, Turf Care, D.J.V., Capet Properties, Pentecostal Assembly Headquarters, New Bright of Canada, and many more.
After joining Dineen in 1994, he has been involved in the sale and management of design/build projects for clients such as C.T.L., Cinram, Spiegel (Eddie Bauer), Cangel Foods, Castrol Oil, Zellers, Dynasty Furniture, and S.F. Equipments for a total value of more than $20,000,000, and he also has been very active with the real estate community in preparing proposals and budgets for new buildings and major renovations.
