Derek Gould is a Sales Associate in the Toronto West Brokerage Office at CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Gould works with corporations requiring brokerage services in the western portion of the Greater Toronto Area, with territorial responsibilities for the Meadowvale area of Northwest Mississauga and surrounding areas.

Mr. Gould has over 10 years experience in real estate management and sales. He has extensive transaction experience in cities across Canada and the United States. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gould has participated in numerous transactions, in most cases being involved in engineering turn-key solutions to meet complex building requirements.

Significant Acheivement

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Gould was employed as the Corporate Facilities Manager for Canada's largest truck leasing company, responsible for managing all facilities issues of a network of over 40 locations across North America including site environmental remediation, disposals, leasing, purchases, and construction. Mr. Gould's background also includes responsibilities with a major Canadian retailer as a distribution centre and private truck fleet manager.

Achievements

Over the past five years, Mr. Gould has been involved in the sale and redevelopment or construction of several buildings in the western portion of the Greater Toronto Area, including the turn-key design build construction of 37 West Drive in Brampton, the sale and re-development as a chemical transfer facility of 555 Southgate Drive in south Guelph, the retro-fitting and leasing of 5665 McLaughlin in Mississauga, and the sale of a manufacturing facility at 3264 Mainway in Burlington.

Education

Mr. Gould holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, from the Ivey business school of the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, and a P.Log designation from the Canadian Professional Logistics Institute.
