Peter Scholz is one of Royal LePage's most accomplished brokers. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, he has sold or leased over 8 million square feet of industrial property, sold more than 1,000 acres of land, helped complete more than 350,000 square feet of design-build contracts and concluded more than $150 million in investment property sales.

Peter is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a society that represents the most skilled, ethical and respected practitioners of commercial real estate in North America. Peter is a past president of the Central Canadian Chapter of SIOR and a past chairman of SIOR Canada. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Prior to joining Royal LePage, Peter was president of his own brokerage and property management firm for 13 years. He is also a former Canadian air force pilot.

Fluent in German, Peter has earned degrees in science and engineering and completed his Master of Business Degree at the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. He is a Professional Engineer of Ontario.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys sailing, fly fishing, alpine skiing, bridge and travelling abroad.
