SIOR Canada reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event Hosted by SIOR Canada without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

• SIOR Canada may use the photograph/video in publications or other media materials produced, used, or contracted by SIOR Canada, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

• A person attending a SIOR Canada event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, the event organizers, or contact SIOR Canada at contact@siorcanada.com, 411 Richmond St. E., Suite 200, Toronto, ON, M5A3S5, in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. SIOR Canada will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

• By participating in a SIOR Canada event or by failing to notify SIOR Canada, in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by SIOR Canada, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify SIOR Canada from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

• Any person or organization not affiliated with SIOR Canada may not use, copy, alter, or modify SIOR Canada photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from SIOR Canada.
