SIOR Canada Central Chapter (SIOR CCC) hosted the 2019 Broker of the Year Awards on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at King Edward Hotel in Toronto. The annual event honoring top brokers, was again a sellout, with almost 250 real commercial real estate leaders from the Greater Toronto area and Southern Ontario. The event marked the 13th Annual SIOR Canada Central Broker of the Year Awards – created to recognize brokers that exhibit extraordinary impact, creativity, skill and reputation in the commercial real estate industry.
The event was highlighted four award categories; Industrial Broker of the Year, Office Broker of the Year, Young Professional of the Year and the new category of Digital Innovation. SIOR President Mark Duclos was also present on the invitation of SIOR CCC President Goran Brelih. The award winners this year are:
2019 Office Broker of the Year: Tobin Davis, Colliers International
2019 Industrial Broker of the Year: Ryan Cunningham, Avison Young
2019 Young Professional of the Year: Spencer Mussett, CBRE
2019 Digital Innovation Award: Goran Brelih, Cushman & Wakefield
